We carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure your fragrance is in good condition and matches what you ordered.

We do not sell fake products. You get exactly what you ordered.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.

• Ibadan and Ilorin: 24 to 48 hours
• Lagos: 48 to 72 hours
• Other states: 2 to 5 working days

Delivery fees depend on your location. For locations without a set fee, ScentbyBecca confirms the delivery fee with you on WhatsApp. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, traffic, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds and returns

We accept returns only if you receive the wrong product, the wrong size or variant, or a product that was visibly damaged in transit.

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must be unopened, unused, untampered with, and in its original sealed packaging.

Opened or used products, as well as change-of-mind purchases, are not eligible for refunds.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after the returned product has been received and verified.
